The Jimmy Fund Flow Cytometry Core at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute operates a Symphony S6 UV (6-way sorter)and BD FACSAria III (4-way sorter) High Speed Cell Sorters housed in biosafety cabinets, capable of sorting bulk populations as well as into single cell plates.
