Single / One-Time Reservations
Notice required is based on the total number of hours booked:

4 hours or less: At least 24 business hours before the reservation start time.

More than 4 hours up to 6 hours: At least 48 business hours in advance.

More than 6 hours up to 8 hours: At least 72 business hours in advance.

8 hours or more: At least 5 business days (1 week) in advance.
Recurring Weekly Reservations
Notice required is based on total hours reserved per week:

1-7 hours or less per week: At least 24 business hours prior to the reservation start time.

More than 7 hours up to 10 hours per week: At least 48 business hours in advance.

More than 10 hours up to 12 hours: At least 72 business hours in advance.

12 hours or more: At least 5 business days (1 week) in advance.
Snow Cancellation
Notice in the event of forecasted inclement weather:

You will receive an email from the core regarding available hours and staffing. Please do not prepare your sample until you receive a confirmation that the staff will be available during the storm. If the staff is not available, all sorting reservations will be deleted, and researchers will not be charged.

In the event a Massachusetts State of Emergency is declated, the core will not be open. Researchers will not be charged for their reservations.
